Most of processes including financial processes, consulting activities which are note certified today have been conceived with the same approach and structure.
For the last 3 years, most processes KPIs have improved either in their definition or calculation methods. The KPI evolution shows that objectives became more precise and process owners have developed experience in identifying the right KPI for their process.
